(ideal for the hot summer days)
|Date paste or Stevia fresh leaves||100 g date paste (50g dates and 50 g water blended into a paste) or about 25 g of chopped stevia rebaudiana leaves|
|Lemon||the juice of 3 lemons|
|Ginger||40 g grinded ginger root (peel off the skin)|
|Mint leaves||30 g grinded mint leaves (or less, to taste)|
Squeeze the lemons and add the water together with the ginger, the date paste (or stevia) and the mint. Blend well and leave in unfusion to macerate overnight in the refrigerator. Blend well again and filter with a sieve or a superbag.
Serve cold maybe with a mint leaf inside. Refreshing and good!
