  • 1,5 l water

  • 100 g date paste (50g dates and 50 g water blended into a paste) or about 25 g of chopped stevia rebaudiana leaves

  • 3 lemons, squeeze out the juice

  • 40 g grinded ginger root, skin removed

  • 30 g or less of mint finely chopped, quantity to taste


Squeeze the lemons and add the water together with the ginger, the date paste (or stevia) and the mint. Blend well and leave this unfusion to macerate overnight in the refrigerator. Blend well again and filter with a sieve or a superbag.

Serve cold maybe with a mint leaf inside. Refreshing and good!
