- 400 g of Azuki bean sprouts or other small root sprouts
- 200 g carrots
- 50 g beetroot
- 2 cloves of garlic or 1 onion
- 1 tsp chili and ginger paste, add herbs to your taste
- ½ tsp salt
Put all the ingredients in a food processor and make a coarse mixture. Form the patties of about 5 cm in diameter x 13 mm thick. Steam (covered). The cooking time is recognized because the little burgers will compact themselves and detach easily from the pan. Serve with different chutneys or inside a whole wheat bun or piece of whole wheat bread with lettuce, tomato and mustard, and/or grilled vegetables.
