
Our Health and Food Coach service aims to accompany all those who want to achieve the goal of psychological and physical wellbeing as a whole.
Through shared paths and in a relationship characterized by clarity, mutual trust and partnership, we will develop personal potentials related to the dissatisfaction of personal wellbeing like the lack of adequate weight or stress management, inconstancy in physical exercise activities, lack of knowledge of appropriate diets to stay healthy and heal from important diseases. Together we will also overcome the well known difficulties in not to being able to pursue the path all alone.
During the Health and Food Coaching we will learn to develop techniques and action strategies by applying simple methods of conduct that allow to quickly create a distinct change in lifestyle, becoming masters of the self wellbeing.
Reaching together the root that causes the symptoms and stopping to hide them with medicines, we will discover a path of healing with food … the right one! We will identify the foods that trigger the symptoms of the illness and recognize what is best for our wellbeing, discovering that eating well is much more than just food.
We will create a choice in our lifestyle to increase awareness in searching foods that nourish the body and soul: good foods that also cure, activating the natural process of self-healing that exists, innate, in every individual.
The aim of this process of change through the Health and Food Coaching is sharing a success wellness plan while being accompanied in its realization. This process may last from 3 weeks to 3 months where the first 3 weeks are key to change a habit, while 3 months is the time really needed for the significant behavioral changes in ones lifestyle to settle and remain.
